While many of our customers are asleep our team of dedicated staff are unloading and repacking high quality, fresh produce into our fleet of refrigerated vehicles.
Once loaded, our experienced drivers take great pride in delivering over 2,000 orders every week to hospitals, schools, professional kitchens and catering outlets.
It is thanks to our suppliers, staff, our loyal and new clients that we remain in business after 60 years of trading.
We are delighted to share that despite the challenges facing many companies at this difficult time, Bishops are growing - this is the result of listening to our customers feedback and requests.
Requests such as sourcing and supplying British micro herbs and unusual international fruit and vegetables.
Chefs have also asked for the opportunity to support local producers and brands - preserves that are hand made in small batches, dried goods and Welsh dairy produce.
We are proud to say that we are in a position to turn those requests into a reality.
